1. Access the Online Application Portal
Visit the official CPSP examination forms page: https://www.cpsp.edu.pk/examination-forms.php

2. Create or Log in to Your Account
For new applicants, register by providing your PMDC/PMC number and a valid email address.
Repeaters should log in using their previously assigned Enrollment Number.
3. Complete the Online Application Form
Fill in all required personal and academic details.
Select your desired specialty and exam center carefully, as changes can be challenging later.
After completing the form, a PDF version of your application and a challan form will be generated and sent to your email.
4. Pay the Examination Fee
The current fee for FCPS Part 1 is PKR 25,050.
Payment can be made through:
Bank deposit at designated branches.
Online payment using debit or credit cards.
Bank draft in favor of CPSP.
5. Prepare and Upload Required Documents
Scan and upload the following documents in PDF format:
MBBS/BDS Degree or Provisional Certificate.
Valid PMDC/PMC Registration Certificate or provisional license.
House Job Certificate from a PMDC-recognized institution.
Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or Passport for foreign candidates.
Paid challan receipt.
Passport-size photograph.
Note: If you’re uploading original documents, attestation is not required. However, if uploading photocopies, ensure they are attested by authorized personnel such as a CPSP Fellow, Principal/Professor of a PMDC-approved medical college, or Medical Superintendent.
6. Final Submission
After uploading all documents, submit your application online.
There’s no need to send physical copies unless specifically instructed by CPSP.
